Job Summary: Foreign trade professional to monitor import processes, analyze documents, execute customs clearance, and maintain contact with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with various departments for continuous improvement **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor import processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Analyze and validate technical and regulatory documents related to imports. * Execute and monitor customs clearance procedures, SAP purchase orders, invoice issuance, and expense control. * Maintain contact with domestic and international suppliers for document verification. * Draft technical communications and collaborate with Quality, Logistics, Sales, Tax, Finance, and Procurement departments. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and document organization. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related fields. * Experience with import processes and regulatory documentation. * Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and SAP system.
