Ativa GR is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a strategic technology project under a PJ (individual contractor) arrangement, with an initial duration of 6 months and potential extension. The professional will work remotely to develop and enhance systems, automations, integrations, and technical improvements in collaboration with Technology, Product, and Data teams. We seek an autonomous, organized, and delivery-focused profile who will directly contribute to innovation initiatives and the evolution of the company's digital products. The initial project scope includes: * A duration of 6 months; * Potential extension based on demand and performance; * Remote work; * Focus on deliveries and technical evolution of projects. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and evolve web applications and internal systems; * Perform Full Stack development using .NET, React/Angular, and SQL; * Develop APIs and system integrations; * Support technical improvements, performance, and scalability; * Participate in technical design decisions and backlog refinement; * Handle bug fixes, maintenance, and continuous application evolution; * Support multiple projects simultaneously, aligned with technical prioritization. **Requirements and qualifications** * Professional experience in Full Stack development; * Knowledge of .NET; * Knowledge of React and/or Angular; * Experience with SQL; * Experience with REST APIs; * Knowledge of Git; * Strong technical autonomy; * Organizational skills and ability to manage personal deliverables. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with microservices; * Experience with corporate systems; * Experience in SaaS environments; * Familiarity with agile methodologies; * Knowledge of architecture and performance optimization. **Additional information** PJ (individual contractor) hiring; Project with an initial duration of 6 months; Potential for extension; Remote work; Project- and delivery-oriented model; Operational flexibility aligned with project demands.
