**Fleet Supervisor** **Description:** We are seeking a professional to fill the position of Fleet Supervisor. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring goal achievement, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. **Responsibilities:** * Fleet management and control; * Prepare managerial reports, cost analyses, and mileage tracking; * Personnel management and team development; * Monitor fuel consumption and identify deviations; * Ensure execution and quality of operational checklists; * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance; * Support reduction of operational costs and improvement of fleet efficiency; * Interface with drivers and operational staff to ensure best practices in vehicle usage; * Provide assistance and support to drivers during emergency incidents in the field. **Requirements:** * Experience in fleet and maintenance management; * Strong communication skills and leadership ability; * Knowledge of Ticket Log system; * Familiarity with ERP systems; * Proficiency in Excel; * **Preferred qualification:** Knowledge of trucks and machinery \\"yellow line\\".
