Cash Supervisor

Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: * Record incidents, evidence, and irregularities identified during monitoring, ensuring traceability of information; * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports containing analyses of cash operations, key performance indicators, deviations, and behaviors related to cash activities; * Provide support and guidance to cashiers, on-site supervisors, and store managers regarding correct execution of operational procedures; * Notify local teams and responsible leadership immediately upon identifying irregularities, non-conformities, or situations requiring immediate intervention; * Operate monitoring systems, ERP, POS, and other technological tools used for tracking and controlling operations; * Contribute to continuous improvement of front-counter processes by suggesting preventive and corrective actions; * Comply with company internal policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and service standards; * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep, preserving tools, materials, and equipment; * Perform tasks attentively, accurately, and punctually, ensuring all activities are carried out according to established standards; * Collaborate with the team and other departments, actively participating in trainings, meetings, and initiatives aimed at achieving goals and continuous improvement; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
