Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the company’s tax compliance through efficient management of fiscal processes and leadership of the fiscal team, guaranteeing accurate tax calculation, fulfillment of ancillary obligations, and quality of reported information, while continuously improving controls and processes to mitigate risks and support business strategies in response to legal requirements. * Lead, develop, and supervise the fiscal team (approximately 4 people), including task assignment, training, and performance evaluation. * Perform and review calculations for indirect and direct taxes, such as ICMS, ICMS\-ST, DIFAL, PIS, COFINS, and withholding taxes, ensuring their correct application. * Guarantee the accurate preparation, review, and submission of ancillary obligations, including EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contributions, and REINF. * Supervise fiscal calculations performed by third-party accounting firms, ensuring consistency and compliance with current legislation. * Ensure appropriate fiscal reconciliation and integrity of accounting and fiscal information. * Guarantee compliance with fiscal obligations (tax compliance), adherence to deadlines, and quality of reported information. * Support internal and external audits as well as tax inspections, ensuring appropriate availability of information and documents. * Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their business impact, proposing actions when necessary. * Identify and implement improvements in processes, internal controls, and systems (ERP SAP and TaxOne fiscal software). * Support strategic initiatives within the area, including implementation of tax reform. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in fiscal routines and team leadership. * Solid knowledge of monthly fiscal closing and indirect tax calculation. * Experience with ERP SAP and TaxOne fiscal software (mandatory). * Knowledge of ancillary obligations and tax compliance. * Experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be considered a differentiator. **Additional Information** We’d like to tell you a bit about the benefits we offer: * **Meal Voucher and Food Allowance**, providing greater convenience and flexibility in your daily meal routine. * **Life Insurance**, ensuring peace of mind for you and your family. * **High-quality medical and dental assistance**, with access to an extensive healthcare network. * For your **commute**, we provide a transportation allowance that can be used for Uber, public transportation, shuttle services, or fuel — you choose the best option for you. * For those who use their own vehicle, we offer **free on-site parking**. * **Pharmacy Benefit Program**, facilitating access to medications and essential health products — after all, we are a pharmaceutical company, and caring for health is at the core of our purpose. * Partnership with **Wellhub (Gympass)**, encouraging physical well-being. * Full access to **SESC membership**, offering cultural, sports, and leisure benefits. * Extended **maternity leave** and **paternity leave**. * Partnership with **Sindusfarma**, expanding access to sector-wide benefits and initiatives.
