### **We seek a senior specialist to develop and operate Business Intelligence and risk/regulatory reporting solutions for credit risk, focusing on data quality, data governance, dashboard development, and insight generation. You will work with Databricks/Spark and BI tools, ensuring risk metrics are consistent, traceable, and ready for executive and/or corporate/regulatory consumption.**
### **Here, your role will be:**
### **Main Responsibilities**
### **1\) Risk Dashboards and Reporting**
* ### **Design and build dashboards (KPIs/KRIs, portfolio quality, provisions, risk appetite, performance by segment/product).**
* ### **Prepare periodic reports with narrative: key movements, drivers, alerts, and recommendations.**
### **2\) Data Governance and Data Quality**
* ### **Implement data quality controls (completeness, consistency, reconciliation, reasonableness testing).**
* ### **Maintain metric definitions, documentation, business rules, and audit evidence.**
* ### **Consolidate and ensure metric/system traceability (data lineage), identifying breaks and inconsistencies.**
### **3\) Databricks / Pipelines**
* ### **Build curated datasets ("gold" tables), pipelines, and transformations in Databricks (Spark SQL / PySpark).**
* ### **Optimize performance and reliability (jobs, partitioning, cost control, automation).**
### **4\) Certification and Validation of Publications**
* ### **Support certification/challenge processes for KRIs and risk figures prior to publication.**
* ### **Validate credit data for internal/external reports and coordinate with corporate areas, following controlled reporting practices.**
### **5\) Automation and Applied AI**
* ### **Automate repetitive tasks (controls, comments, reconciliations, base table generation).**
* ### **Propose AI use cases that improve productivity and quality without compromising internal controls.**

### **Experience**
* ### **Experience in BI / analytics / reporting within banks or financial services, ideally in credit risk or risk finance.**
* ### **Experience in controlled reporting environments with multiple stakeholders (Risk, Finance, Technology, Compliance).**
### **Knowledge**
* ### **Strong understanding of credit risk metrics and provisions (drivers, coherence, time-series comparisons).**
* ### **Ability to interpret results and craft executive narratives.**
### **Technology**
* ### **Advanced SQL; Python (for automation/validations).**
* ### **Databricks/Spark (PySpark or Spark SQL).**
* ### **BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik; semantic modeling and best practices in visualization.**
* ### **Git and documentation best practices.**
