Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring efficient operations, team communication, and high-quality customer service at the restaurant, as well as collaborating on planning and complying with environmental guidelines. Collaborate in scheduling and activity planning ● Ensure all restaurant operations run smoothly; ● Maintain continuous interaction and communication with production and kitchen teams to monitor customer order wait times; ● Guide the team in delivering customer service—ensuring customers are greeted intuitively and warmly, handling complaints or issues, and guaranteeing efficient, high-quality service; ● Collaborate in planning staff leave schedules and defining activity rosters; ● Propose customer service procedures and standards; ● Ensure compliance with environmental guidelines and clauses stipulated in contracts, integrating environmental requirements into the planning, execution, and monitoring of activities under your responsibility.
