Hospital seeks a Coordinating Physiotherapist in Garça (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise the activities of the physiotherapy team, ensuring safe, humanized care aligned with institutional protocols. Serve as the technical responsible person before the professional council, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Provide physiotherapeutic care to critical and highly complex patients, especially in intensive care units. Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, performance indicators, and continuous improvement plans related to physiotherapy. Conduct training sessions, professional development activities, and team integration initiatives to support staff technical growth. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to enhance care quality and patient safety. Participate in audits, quality processes, and adherence to institutional and sanitary regulations. Manage staff schedules, clinical workflows, and necessary resources to ensure proper departmental operation. Previous experience as a Supervising Physiotherapist, Team Lead Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Coordinator, or Senior Physiotherapist may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
