Technology Coordinator - Python

Description

**Key responsibilities/functions of the role:** * Coordinate and develop engineering/development teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and continuously improving culture. * Ensure delivery of technology products and solutions with quality, on schedule, and aligned with business priorities. * Act as a bridge between business and technology areas, translating business requirements into viable and scalable technical solutions. * Participate in strategic technology planning, contributing technical insights to architecture, technology stack, and roadmap decisions. * Manage technology vendors and partners, ensuring SLAs and delivery quality. * Monitor technical performance metrics (uptime, performance, incidents, delivery cycle time) and propose improvement actions. * Support hiring, onboarding, and career development processes for team members. * Promote engineering best practices: code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, technical documentation, and information security. **Technical competencies:** * Solid experience with Python for backend application development, APIs, and automation. * Knowledge of frameworks such as FastAPI or Django REST Framework. * Experience with microservices architectures and RESTful APIs (GraphQL knowledge is desirable). * Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (Redis, MongoDB). * Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and managed services (queues, storage, serverless functions). Experience with DevOps/GitOps practices: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control with Git. * Basic understanding of information security applied to development (OWASP, authentication, encryption, secret management). * Ability to evaluate and define architectures for distributed and scalable systems. * Familiarity with observability: logs, metrics, and tracing (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry). * Experience with loyalty program and benefits platforms/ecosystems is desirable: integrations with partner networks, reward marketplaces, or major retailers. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** UNIMED health plan, VR/VA via Caju card, Wellhub (formerly Gympass), Refuturiza, MaisCare, SESC Club, annual goal-based bonus, birthday day-off, Cartão de TODOS, milk and diaper allowance ### **Department:** Operations
