Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience as a construction coordinator or supervisor. * Excellent team management, negotiation, and communication skills. * Knowledge of reading engineering drawings, cost estimation, and planning. * Proficiency in planning tools.
