With a focus on continuous growth, innovation, and appreciation of people, Golden Group seeks professionals who wish to grow alongside the company and become part of a results-oriented team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Perform stock receiving and dispatch inspections, verifying quantities, codes, batches, and expiration dates. \- Review and validate invoices, purchase orders, delivery manifests, and shipping documents. \- Enter data into control systems (ERP/WMS). \- Identify discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities and notify the responsible party. \- Monitor picking, storage, and dispatch processes to ensure standardization. \- Conduct full inventories and cycle counts to ensure high accuracy. \- Generate stock reports and updates as needed. \- Support department organization, cleaning, and maintenance. \- Assist in training helpers and operators on best practices for stock checking. \- Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed high school education; \- Prior experience in the field; \- Residence in SUMARÉ; This position is 100% on-site, with working hours: **Monday to Thursday: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Friday: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (including one-hour break)** **COMPENSATION:** Salary: R$ 2\.226,06 Meal allowance: R$29.80 (per working day) Transportation allowance: R$300.00 Basic food basket Attendance bonus: R$200.00 Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: R$2\.226,06 per month Experience: * Stock checker (preferred) Work location: On-site
