We are seeking a Bulk Operations Analyst to plan, monitor, and control bulk operations, ensuring fleet and equipment availability, regulatory compliance, and service quality for internal and external customers. You will contribute to process structuring and continuous improvement, guaranteeing document traceability, cost control, and mitigation of operational and safety risks. Join our team! Key responsibilities: * Plan and control operational routines (scheduling, demand prioritization, and execution support), ensuring adherence to deadlines and SLAs. * Manage fleet and implement regulatory and documentary compliance (e.g., ANTT, INMETRO, licensing, tachographs, and applicable inspections), monitoring expiration dates and arranging renewals. * Plan and monitor preventive/corrective maintenance for vehicles and equipment (tanks, pumps, and accessories), ensuring availability and safety. * Analyze maintenance, consumption, and contract costs (service providers, loan agreements, and services), proposing cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement actions. * Serve as the focal point for suppliers and internal departments, negotiating timelines, scope, and priorities, and ensuring status communication for all requests. * Audit service records and evidence (work orders, invoices, checklists, photos/signatures), ensuring traceability and physical/digital organization. * Consolidate management indicators and reports (availability, compliance, costs, incidents), identifying trends and improvement opportunities. * Support incident/occurrence investigations, procedure reviews, and preventive actions, reinforcing safety and compliance practices
