Responsibilities: * Create purchase orders, record invoices, create material delivery requests, and manage inventory outbound. * Conduct quotations, negotiations, procurement, and delivery tracking of supplies, support, and services. * Research new suppliers to ensure feasibility in terms of delivery timelines, pricing, and quality. * Manage generalist purchase orders across all units. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or related fields. * Prior experience in this role is preferred. * Availability to work during standard business hours. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
