**Job Opening: Loss Prevention Assistant** **Temporary contract with potential conversion to third-party permanent position.** A transportation company located in **Guarulhos/SP – Belvedere neighborhood** is hiring a professional to work as a **Loss Prevention Assistant**. **Compensation:** Salary between **R$ 2.030,00 and R$ 2.500,00**. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance and Meal Voucher of R$28.50 **(cash benefits deposited directly into bank account)** **Available Shifts – Rotating 6x1 Schedule:** * 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM * 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM * 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Days Off:** Rotating days off between **Saturday and Sunday**. **Employment Type:** Temporary position with possibility of conversion to permanent. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor employee and visitor entry and exit at loading docks; * Monitor cargo and logistics processes; * Assess operational risks and implement preventive actions to avoid losses, damages, thefts, and other incidents; * Conduct investigations into logistics-related incidents, such as losses and cargo damage; * Prepare incident reports and propose improvements to internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in logistics, loss prevention, or related fields; * Familiarity with logistics systems and security technologies; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (preferred); * Analytical, organized profile with strong interpersonal communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams and interface across different departments.
