Job Summary: Responsible for controlling, analyzing, and resolving operational and documentary pending issues related to transportation processes, ensuring logistical fluency and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Essential involvement in managing logistical and documentary processes. 2. Focus on analyzing and resolving operational pending issues. 3. Continuous interaction with customers and teams to optimize processes. Responsible for controlling, analyzing, and resolving operational and documentary pending issues related to transportation processes. Monitor deliveries, handle incidents, validate documents, and interact with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure logistical fluency and compliance. * Monitor and resolve operational pending issues: undelivered shipments, returns, redeliveries, losses, and damages; * Analyze and control pending documents such as CT-e, NF-e, and delivery confirmations (delivery receipts); * Update systems and spreadsheets with pending issue statuses and histories; * Identify recurring causes of pending issues and propose process improvements; * Monitor SLA compliance for incident resolution with carriers and drivers; * Proactively contact customers, branches, carriers, and internal departments (billing, customer service, dispatch); * Support fiscal document regularization and digital/physical file management; * Ensure timely return of delivery confirmations according to agreed deadlines; * Participate in operational and alignment meetings focused on failure prevention.
