We serve customers across Brazil, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and outstanding technical support. Responsibilities * Quoting and negotiating freight rates with carriers. * Managing and updating freight rate tables. * Tracking and monitoring deliveries. * Providing commercial support to sales representatives and the sales team. * Following up on commercial proposals and performing follow\-ups. * Organizing orders, deadlines, and commercial documentation. * Customer service via WhatsApp, phone, and e\-mail. * Assisting with CRM management and updating customer information. * Acting as liaison between logistics, shipping, and customers to resolve issues. * Supporting administrative and commercial routines within the department. Requirements * Prior experience in administrative, commercial, or logistics routines. * Strong communication skills, organization, and discipline. * Proficiency with technology: WhatsApp Business, CRM, spreadsheets, and e\-mail. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proactive, responsible profile with attention to detail. * Experience with carriers, freight management, or commercial customer service is desirable. Advantages * Experience in freight quoting and negotiation. * Background in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B sectors. * Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems. * Experience in after\-sales and order tracking. Employment type * CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) contract. * Fixed salary. * Monday to Friday, business hours. Location On\-site work at Jd. Columbia – Londrina/PR.
