Description: Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism. Specialization: Postgraduate degree or MBA in: * Project Management (PMI, PMP, or equivalent); * BIM Technology / Construction Information Modeling. Proficiency in BIM tools: * Autodesk Revit (modeling and templates); * Navisworks (coordination and clash detection); * Collaboration software (BIM 360, ACC, Trimble Connect, Solibri, Visus, among others). Desirable: * Certification in Revit Professional, Navisworks, or equivalent platforms. * Knowledge of BIM standards: ABNT NBR 15965, ISO 19650, and national modeling standards. * Understanding of construction processes and site operations. * Familiarity with cost estimation (5D) and execution planning (4D). * Experience in project coordination and management, focusing on schedule adherence, scope, quality, and budget control, integrating the work of architects, engineers, and consultants within a collaborative workflow. * Lead internal and external team training initiatives, promoting efficient communication among designers, construction teams, and clients to monitor field execution quality and performance. * Serve as the BIM implementation strategy leader, tailoring approaches according to project characteristics (maturity levels, phases, and objectives). * Create and maintain company BIM templates, libraries, guides, and manuals, with emphasis on sustaining the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific Exchange Information Requirements (EIR). * Ensure interoperability across disciplines and software platforms. * Coordinate the assembly and integration of 3D models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems through IFC file federation. * Apply BIM concepts to projects for improved construction monitoring. * Develop coordination and clash detection checklists/reports to establish project performance metrics and indicators. * Support coordination teams in interfacing with designers, ensuring model interoperability. * Perform double-checks of design clashes to monitor discipline coordination progress and final project quality. * Lead quantity takeoff processes from models. * Manage model data for use in budgeting and development planning. 2511260202401831666
