Receiving medical records, verifying, identifying, registering, and logging them; 2\. Organizing medical records—labeled and filed on shelves—to enable quick retrieval; 3\. Copying medical records upon request; 4\. Registering medical records for dispatch to the contracted service provider; 5\. Responding to and locating internal and external requests for medical records or other documents; 6\. Retrieving archival boxes from departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Prior experience in this role is mandatory.
