**Job Objective**
Responsible for executing, controlling, and monitoring the company’s accounts payable financial routines, ensuring adherence to deadlines, correct expense classification, compliance with contracts and internal policies, and supporting financial management in decision-making.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Control, record, and classify accounts payable in the financial system;
* Verify invoices, contracts, and payment documents;
* Perform payment and bank transaction reconciliations;
* Schedule and monitor payments to suppliers, service providers, and other financial obligations;
* Analyze and resolve discrepancies, outstanding payments, or posting inconsistencies;
* Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal policies, and required approvals;
* Maintain up-to-date supplier records;
* Prepare accounts payable, expense, and cash disbursement forecast reports;
* Support cash flow control and financial planning;
* Drive continuous improvement of the department’s financial processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience in Accounts Payable and financial routines;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic to intermediate level);
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.

**Work Schedule**
* Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
* One Saturday per month, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
