Together, we always deliver our best. \#VemPraDasa \#DasaLovers \#VemSerDasa **Responsibilities and Duties** The Occupational Safety Technician will be responsible for working across company units to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, prevent risks, oversee mandatory training, and guarantee appropriate working conditions, health, and safety. The role requires strong on-site presence, frequent visits to units, and direct support to operational areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct **technical inspections** at units. * Assess **fire safety points**, emergency evacuation routes, equipment, and signage. * Lead accident investigations. * Identify **structural issues** and document required corrective actions. * Perform safety inspections based on applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Support and monitor **fire brigade training**. * Conduct training on **biosafety and fire prevention**. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and **Regulatory Standards (NRs)**. * Be responsible for fulfilling **CIPA routine requirements**. * Control and manage occupational health and safety (OHS) processes via the **SOC system** (prior knowledge preferred). * Support audits and updates of mandatory documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Completed technical education as an **Occupational Safety Technician**, with active registration. * Experience conducting inspections, OHS routines, and mandatory training. * Knowledge of **Regulatory Standards**, especially NR 11 and NR 32. * Willingness to travel between units. **Additional Information** **Location: ABC Region and Coastal Area – SP** **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday (Hybrid)** It is by caring for our people that we will become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs — check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher / Food Voucher or On-site Cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Career and Development Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
