Want to learn more about us?  **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct evaluation and assessment of cleaning, organization, and maintenance needs for physical spaces—including restrooms, classrooms, hallways, common areas, faculty rooms, administrative offices, and laboratories—ensuring service quality and standardization. * Monitor and evaluate quality indicators of services provided by third-party cleaning and maintenance companies, proposing improvements and corrections whenever necessary. * Plan logistics for furniture movement to support events, construction projects, renovations, and other institutional demands. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance services, including minor repairs, ensuring proper functionality of facilities and avoiding unnecessary costs. * Identify needs for acquisition of furniture, equipment, and preventive maintenance, contributing to the preparation of the annual budget. * Request and monitor visual communication adjustments for academic, administrative, and support environments, validating execution according to institutional standards. * Lead and develop the operational team, promoting organization, productivity, and alignment with institutional guidelines. * Deliver periodic reports to Management, presenting demand status, operational indicators, and improvement plans. * Process and track purchase orders in the system, ensuring traceability and process control. * Establish and monitor operational controls using technological tools, ensuring efficiency, organization, and performance tracking. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields. Desirable Experience in operations management, facilities management, or building maintenance. Experience in contract management and oversight of third-party services. Budget planning and control. Management of operational teams. Building maintenance and infrastructure organization. Use of management systems and operational control tools. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. **Additional Information** We have a significant presence in 78 countries.
