Job Summary: A Mechanical Engineering professional to support technical-administrative management and supervision of mission-critical construction projects, such as Data Centers, including contract management and third-party supervision. Conducting client meetings and supervision of services Responsibilities and Duties Support infrastructure/construction coordination in the technical-administrative management of mission-critical construction projects, such as new Data Centers or expansion of existing Data Centers, including measurements, project control, payment control, contracts, and other project requirements. * Administer contracts, measurements, and payment management for contractors during construction; * Support construction activities, such as third-party hiring and supervision; * Support the management and planning of Data Center and/or mission-critical environment construction; * Perform engineering supervision activities for mission-critical (Data Center) services, including contract management, quality and safety control, risk management, schedule control and management, project interpretation, clarification of doubts, and change management; * Conduct client meetings; * Perform physical and financial control of construction projects. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed degree in **Mechanical Engineering**. * Technical knowledge and experience in HVAC installation projects for mission-critical construction; * Proficiency in sizing, installation, and maintenance of chilled water plant systems, cooling towers, chillers, ductwork networks, refrigerant piping networks, condensers, evaporators, precision air-conditioning equipment, air containment systems for Data Centers, and air supply systems; * Team management (internal and external); * Familiarity with management tools. Software: Excel, Project, and AutoCAD; * Experience in Data Center, laboratory, hospital, and similar construction projects; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Willingness to travel.
