The role includes maintenance, adjustments, and quality control of instruments used by the company. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the development and revision of technical calibration procedures; * Properly handling, preserving, and storing reference standards and instruments; * Complying with internal procedures and requirements of ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025; * Issuing certificates and reports containing results, uncertainties, and technical observations; * Ensuring metrological traceability to national and international standards; * Adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Identifying and reporting non-conformities and improvement opportunities; * Participating in internal and external audits; * Performing calibrations on instruments both at the company's facilities and at customer sites (external environment); * Maintaining up-to-date calibration histories and equipment control records; * Workplace organization: Keeping the workplace organized and within controlled environmental conditions; * Incident handling: Addressing incidents efficiently to ensure prompt and effective resolution; * Continuously suggesting improvements to enhance laboratory efficiency; * Collaborating on organizing and standardizing administrative activities within the department; * Providing support for other departmental tasks as required; * Complying with the company's institutional guidelines.
