Implementation of Good Compounding Practices **About the Role:** The Junior Laboratory Assistant will directly handle custom formula compounding, assisting in processes including weighing, filling, and encapsulation. Responsibilities also include recordkeeping and maintaining laboratory organization, ensuring quality and safety at every stage. **Responsibilities** Encapsulation, weighing, filling, and other compounding routines. Completion of worksheets, checklists, and mandatory records. Support in internal quality control compliance. Maintenance of laboratory organization and cleanliness. Adherence to Good Compounding Practices and internal procedures. **Requirements** Completed high school education. Basic knowledge of Good Compounding Practices (GCP). Experience in a compounding pharmacy. Fundamental understanding of calculations and basic techniques. Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work well in a team. **Salary and Benefits** Salary: R$ 1\.935,00 Meal Allowance: R$ 21.00 per day Transportation Allowance **Work Schedule** CLT – 44 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Location** PHITOFARMA – Avenida Índico, 499 – Jardim do Mar, São Bernardo do Campo – SP.
