Job Summary: Professional responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical support of telecommunications systems, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications systems. 2. Program and test radios, providing technical support. 3. Collaborate in quality and continuous improvement processes. · Assist in the installation, testing, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of telecommunications systems; · Repair equipment and provide technical assistance to customers; · Program radios; · Conduct equipment tests before delivery and in the presence of the customer, providing necessary instructions for equipment operation; · Service third-party radio OM units within the agreed timeframe; · Prepare maintenance proposals for both company-owned and third-party equipment; · Issue service reports and invoices for completed shipments; · Email maintenance proposals to customers for leased or owned equipment; · Collaborate in quality processes and workflow procedures. · Participate in continuous improvement programs to optimize maintenance processes. **BASIC REQUIREMENTS** · Completed technical course in Electronics or related field **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** · Knowledge of radio maintenance, ability to read and interpret electrical schematics · Experience in workbenches or laboratories · Principles of wave theory Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.787,30 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
