




Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting in the production of bread and bakery items, ensuring freshness, flavor, quality, and presentation. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery department The primary mission of this role is to produce bread that delights customers through freshness, flavor, quality, and presentation. **Your responsibilities will include:** Assisting in the production of bakery items (wheat bread, baguette, semi-Italian bread, half-bread, levain bread, tiger bread, savory braided bread, etc.) according to recipes; Participating in all stages of the bread manufacturing process (preparation, proofing, and baking time); Checking product expiration dates, appearance, and quality; Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the department; **Requirements:** Completed elementary education; Experience in bakery production. **You will stand out if you have:** Vocational training courses in bakery. **Working Hours:** From 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 10-minute break.
