Job Summary:
Supervises the team and daily operations related to product picking, storage, and warehousing, recording movement information in the system.

Supervises the team and daily operations related to product picking, storage, and warehousing. Records information regarding product or merchandise arrival, departure, storage, and returns in the system.
* Monitors—and, when necessary, performs—receipt, storage, and fulfillment of office supplies, cleaning materials, replacement parts, raw materials used in product manufacturing, and accessories, to meet the needs of various company departments.
* Identifies delivery notes and transport documents for incoming materials, performing pre-checks of invoice data prior to entering them into the Fluig system; subsequently forwards them for entry into the integrated system.
* Monitors—and, when necessary, arranges monthly separation of materials designated for return or repair. Performs pre-separation upon receipt to streamline the separation process.
* Receives, and corrects if necessary, accessory-related information requested by Agilis once per day—or as demand requires—then separates and dispatches them to requestors.
* Guides and monitors gate control at the warehouse and Gate Two, ensuring exclusive vehicle access for loading/unloading purposes only, with valid invoices; entry or exit without an invoice is strictly prohibited.
* Conducts frequent rotating inventory checks for both direct and indirect items, comparing physical stock against system records, reconciling variances, and notifying the area manager.
* Sends an email to the responsible procurement officer each time a product reaches its predetermined minimum stock level.
* Archives receipt control documentation according to established standards, cross-referencing with dashboard benchmarks.
* Identifies and notifies the purchasing manager about discontinued or obsolete items to free up shelf space.
* Provides suggestions for departmental improvement, aiming for higher quality and faster response to requests—including enhancements to working conditions.
* Organizes the workplace in accordance with technical standards, quality procedures, safety regulations, and environmental preservation requirements.
