What we expect from you: * High school diploma completed Skills in operating gas-powered forklifts will be considered a plus. * Responsibilities: * Stock management tasks (inventories, incidents, verification for billing release). * Perform validation of reported inventories by sampling staging documents for loading releases. * In case of inventory inconsistencies, conduct on-site product verification. * Guide and train third-party inventory teams on inventory processes and their importance according to Biolab's principles. * Monitor transactions of entries, exits, adjustments, and transfers of goods recorded in the ERP - JDE. * Ensure accuracy of daily inventory results. * Monitor logistical flow (receiving, shipping, and reverse logistics). * Create non-conformance reports (RNC) related to inventory. * Perform daily FO control and present consolidated data at month-end to submit for adjustment along with RNCs. * Develop volume calculations for promotional materials. * Develop actions to improve inventory accuracy. * Develop and analyze operational indicators focused on inventory. * Conduct pre-inventory checklists, indicating optimal organization possibilities. 2511130202461867090
