Job Summary: Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying customers, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support, as well as organizing and updating CRM and quotations. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of the sales cycle and customer relationship. 2. Negotiation and closing of sales, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Organization and updating of information in CRM and tracking of quotations. * **Customer Prospecting:** Identify and qualify potential customers. **Product/Service Presentation:** Inform about benefits, features, and solutions offered. **Negotiation:** Discuss pricing, payment terms, and other sales conditions. **Sales Closing:** Finalize the deal and ensure customer satisfaction. **Post\-Sales Support:** Assist customers after purchase by answering questions and resolving issues. **Organization:** Maintain customer schedule, register orders, and issue proposals. **CRM:** Keep CRM updated in real time, after each new negotiation status with the customer. **Quotation:** Prepare quotations and track them until closure via TMS SSW or other communication channels.
