Working with goals and challenges We are looking for a Salesperson to join the Mastercell team. We seek a communicative, proactive, and results-driven professional who excels at serving customers, identifying their needs, and offering the best Claro products and services solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys working with targets and challenges, engaging with customers, and contributing to an outstanding purchasing experience and company growth. **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person and consultative customer service; identify customer needs and offer solutions in mobile telephony, fiber internet, pay TV, devices, and accessories; prospect new customers and maintain relationships with the active customer base; meet sales targets and performance indicators; conduct post-sales follow-up; operate sales-related systems; organize the workplace; participate in training sessions and commercial campaigns. **Basic Requirements:** Completed high school education; experience in sales or customer service; strong communication skills, proactivity, organization, and results orientation; basic computer literacy; availability to work flexible hours when required. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in telecommunications or retail sectors; completed or ongoing undergraduate studies; strong negotiation and customer prospecting skills; experience in consultative sales and goal-oriented work. Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$5.077,53 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
