We are looking for a Transport Supervisor responsible for leading operational and team management routines, ensuring excellent service delivery while promoting a healthy, productive work environment focused on continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities \| Fleet and Vehicles:** * Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance of all vehicles. * Record and monitor fleet parts consumption. * Manage vehicle warranties. * Monitor oil change intervals, tachographs, and their validations. * Track vehicle tracking devices. * Ensure all vehicles are always clean, sanitized, and ready for travel. * Request and follow up on quotations, as well as necessary approvals. * Ensure vehicles are always fully compliant for operation. **Key Responsibilities \| People Management:** * Develop and manage driver schedules. * Monitor time sheets and overtime hours. * Supervise uniforms, leaves of absence, and absenteeism. * Conduct driver evaluations during selection processes. * Monitor and control driver meal expenses. * Monitor and manage fleet fines. **Other Responsibilities:** * Ensure all goods are delivered correctly. * Address and resolve delivery issues. * Provide support to drivers in emergencies. * Develop and monitor performance indicators. * Work towards cost and expense reduction. * Create and update work instructions. * Conduct training sessions for drivers. * Evaluate routes and propose process improvements. **What we expect from you:** * Experience in operational and team management within logistics. * Leadership profile that develops, inspires, and supports. * Analytical mindset towards indicators and processes. * Proactivity, empathy, and strong communication skills.
