Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the team, supervise operations, manage finances, and ensure legal compliance, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and fostering employee development. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * TEAM LEADERSHIP: Motivate and coordinate the team to ensure the best customer experience, with emphasis on quality, hygiene, and food safety; * OPERATIONAL SUPERVISION: Ensure proper preparation and sale of products during your shift; * FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor performance results, control cash flow, purchases, and optimize labor usage according to internal procedures; * LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Ensure adherence to labor regulations and company policies. * TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Train employees on stations, equipment, products, and brand guidelines.
