Job Responsibilities: Act as store supervisor in the absence of the store manager; conduct training sessions; place timely orders; provide customer service; operate the cash register; receive goods; manage inventory; organize and clean the store; restock inventory; verify incoming goods; monitor product expiration dates. Must be committed, results-driven, deeply interested in a healthy lifestyle, detail-oriented, meticulous, attentive, collaborative, curious, capable of handling diverse tasks efficiently. Must be responsible and aspire to grow within the company with job stability. Prior experience in high-expectation customer service is required. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:10 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 3:10 PM. Days off always fall on Sundays and public holidays. Salary: BRL 3,670.00, plus performance-based bonuses that further increase earnings when targets are met.
