The Store Security Officer is responsible for ensuring asset security, loss prevention, and compliance with the company's internal policies within the store environment. This role involves monitoring foot traffic, controlling the entry and exit of goods, identifying and preventing theft, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain order and product integrity. The officer conducts periodic patrols, monitors security cameras, and assists in incident investigations when necessary. Attention to detail, discretion, proactive demeanor, and strong communication skills are essential. Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
