If you are a charismatic, results-oriented leader who loves fashion, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the sales team by providing training and guidance to ensure sales targets and high-quality customer service. * Manage inventory, including receiving, organizing, and restocking products. * Ensure the store maintains high visual merchandising standards and remains an inviting environment. * Collaborate with headquarters to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Maintain excellence in customer experience and resolve any customer service issues. * Manage daily store operations, including cash handling and financial reporting. **Requirements:** * Proven experience managing women's fashion retail stores or fashion retail in general. * Leadership, communication skills, and ability to motivate the team. * Solid knowledge of women's fashion trends and customer service. * Ability to effectively manage store operations, including inventory management. * Passion for fashion and enthusiasm for keeping up with the latest trends.
