Job Summary: Sapore Açaí is seeking a Store Attendant to interact with customers, operate the cash register, prepare products, and maintain store organization—with an emphasis on growth and learning. We provide comprehensive training so you can master customer service, product knowledge, and store operations. Your Responsibilities: * Greet customers warmly and efficiently * Operate the cash register and recommend products at the point of purchase * Know the menu and explain the unique features of açaí and yogurt * Assemble cups, add toppings, and prepare recipes according to brand standards * Prepare takeout packaging * Restock and organize toppings in the display case * Restock products in the machine * Perform machine startup, shutdown, and pre-wash procedures * Keep the store clean and organized * Collaborate with your team to deliver the best customer experience What We Look For: * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for public interaction * Willingness to learn and adhere to established standards * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory): * Experience in customer service, food service, or cashier roles * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling What We Offer: * Competitive market-based salary * Benefits: transportation allowance and [other benefits] * Comprehensive on-the-job training * Opportunities for career advancement within the network **Apply now and join the Sapore Açaí team.** Compensation: R$1.735,00 – R$2.157,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education Requirements: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
