Commitment to caring for life and supporting employee growth **Shipping Assistant** **Position Objective** Ensure accurate order picking, verification, packaging, and shipment, safeguarding drug integrity, strict adherence to deadlines, and compliance with sanitary regulations. **Your Main Responsibilities** **1\. Picking and Verification:** * Pick orders according to manifests and priorities. * Rigorously verify batch numbers, expiration dates, quantities, and drug presentations. * Ensure full traceability of shipped products. **2\. Packaging and Preparation:** * Prepare secure packaging according to each item's specifications (including **temperature-sensitive** products). * Label packages and organize fiscal documents for carrier pickup. * Ensure orders are ready within carriers' departure time windows. **3\. Logistics Interface:** * Receive drivers, coordinate pickups, and verify package quantities upon collection. * Maintain organization of delivery receipts and signed proof-of-delivery documents. **4\. Organization and Control:** * Keep the shipping area organized and compliant with ANVISA standards. * Support rotating inventories and report discrepancies to leadership. **What We Are Looking For (Requirements)** * Prior **experience** in shipping, logistics, or warehousing. * Solid experience with **goods verification**. * **Preferred:** Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector or with regulated products. * Completed high school education. **Behavioral Competencies** * **Exceptional attention to detail** (focus on batch numbers and expiration dates is critical). * Operational discipline and agility. * Strong sense of urgency and accountability. * Team-oriented mindset.
