Health and well-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsWorthTreating** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Standardize processes and workflows to define, review, and standardize maintenance and reliability processes, promoting uniformity in activity execution and asset management; * Establish standards for failure analysis (RCA), problem-solving, and lessons learned, providing technical guidance to teams during investigations; * Represent reliability in audits, serving as the focal point for the area in both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and procedures; * Manage critical spare parts for new equipment in collaboration with Procurement and Engineering; * Oversee reliability quality—leading quality initiatives within the area, coordinating Change Management (CM) implementation, deviation handling, and revision of SOPs and regulatory documents resulting from new standards; * Develop methods and initiatives for process digitalization, increasing the Reliability area’s productivity and freeing up technical capacity for higher-value-added analyses. **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Knowledge of reliability and maintenance processes and workflows; * Experience with SAP (PM module); * Familiarity with reliability methodologies (RCM, RCA, FTA). **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments; * Intermediate English proficiency—for reading manuals, technical standards, and interacting with global suppliers; * Postgraduate qualification in Reliability, Maintenance Engineering, or Asset Management. **Additional information** **\+ Details** Work location (on-site): Embu das Artes – São Paulo.
