Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Summary: Assist in procurement department activities by performing administrative tasks to support production programs and quality requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Perform administrative tasks in the procurement department 2. Organize and control order and product files 3. Conduct follow-up with suppliers and the receiving department Assist in procurement department activities by performing administrative tasks to meet pre-established production programs and quality requirements; Organize and control department-related files, such as purchase orders, requisitions, and product code sheets; When requested, enter and issue purchase orders in the computerized system; Monitor supplier quotations for office supplies, consumables, cleaning materials, and maintenance services; Conduct follow-up with the receiving department to verify the status of purchase orders regarding delivery timelines and fulfillment; Conduct follow-up with suppliers to align and verify purchase orders, delivery dates, adherence to deadlines, and other requirements; Responsible for purchasing Level I raw materials and occasionally Level II raw materials; Create and maintain up-to-date supplier registration in the company's computerized system; Send supplier qualification questionnaires via email when requested by the immediate supervisor; Continuously suggest ideas and improvement actions for projects, products, or processes; Assist the procurement team with departmental activities when requested by the supervisor. Desirable: Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
