We are looking for a **Senior IBM Systems Analyst** to be responsible for the support, evolution, and optimization of the warehouse management system WMS BOSS running on the IBM AS/400 (iSeries) platform. Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on RPG/400, CL, SQL/400 programs and other routines within the AS/400 environment. Customize WMS configurations according to demands from distribution centers and logistics operations. Carry out integrations with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, etc.), TMS, and automation systems (mobile devices, sorters, voice picking). Monitor and validate functional and technical tests prior to production releases. Map and document warehouse processes and system flows (receiving, storage, picking, shipping, inventory). Support key users and operational teams, acting as escalation point for critical incidents. Lead technical projects for continuous improvement, migration, or integration of new logistics technologies. Perform change governance and code versioning in the AS/400 environment. **Mandatory Requirements:** IBM AS/400 (iSeries) platform – operational commands, libraries, jobs, and security. Languages: RPG/400, RPG IV, CL, SQL/400, Query/400. Database: DB2/400. WMS BOSS: data structure, modules (receiving, storage, picking, shipping, inventory, cross-docking). Integrations: EDI, APIs, interface tables, flat files, and middleware (MQ Series, Sterling, etc.). Logistics environments: warehouse automation, radio frequency, data collection devices, and cycle counting processes. Incident and change management (ITIL) and use of tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar. **Desirable Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years with WMS (preferably BOSS) and solid experience in IBM AS/400. Prior experience in large-scale logistics operations, with multiple distribution centers and high transaction volumes.
