Description: * Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration; * Knowledge of Process Management, External and Internal Customer Service, and User-level Microinformatics is desirable; * Experience in the field is a plus. * Manage sector activities (reception, control of medical records forwarded by inpatient units, medical record auditing, local filing, diagnosis coding), ensuring that services provided always comply with defined guidelines; * Control sector-related documentation and authorize release of patient-related documents (copies, certificates, examination authorizations, and information), ensuring confidentiality of information; * Administer statistical data collection conducted by SAME, verifying whether all units submitted data on scheduled dates, tabulating the information, and forwarding it to the Administrative Division Manager and the State Health Secretariat; * Request and authorize purchase of materials for area use, ensuring document organization and service quality; * Participate in meetings and committees discussing topics related to one's area of responsibility, aiming to improve services and provide good customer service; * Collaborate with hospital internal committees by providing medical record-related information and arranging patient document copies to support decision-making; * Propose changes to superiors and analyze team proposals to continuously improve services delivered; * Develop standards and procedures for sectors under SAME, making necessary revisions and arranging training for involved personnel to ensure their alignment with defined guidelines; * Perform other duties as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. 2511170202461649429
