This person will be responsible for clarifying doubts, supporting customers throughout the purchase process, and contacting leads and customers who abandoned their carts — aiming to convert interactions into sales. If you enjoy interacting with people, have strong writing skills, agility, and can conduct conversations clearly and assertively, this opportunity may be right for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Respond to customers via WhatsApp, providing support, answering questions, and guiding the purchase process. * Conduct commercial outreach to leads and customers (including those with abandoned carts). * Record information and interactions in RD Station. * Monitor the customer service/sales funnel and keep the contact database up to date. * Manage multiple simultaneous customer interactions efficiently and systematically. * Forward internal requests when necessary. * Achieve company-defined conversion and performance targets. * Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve customer experience.
