S&OP & Procurement Manager **Location:** São Bernardo do Campo | Hybrid model **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the monthly S&OP process (Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-S&OP, Executive S&OP). * Consolidate demand forecasts with Sales, Marketing, and key stakeholders. * Ensure balance among demand × capacity × inventory × service levels. * Translate S&OP outcomes into forward-looking plans for procurement, production (where applicable), and inventory. * Develop statistical and consensus-based forecasts using historical data, trends, and commercial insights. * Optimize inventory levels considering turnover, shelf life, criticality, and cost of capital. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, volumes, delivery timelines, commercial terms, and SLAs with suppliers. * Develop sourcing strategies, including dual sourcing and risk mitigation plans. * Monitor supplier performance (On-Time-In-Full, quality, responsiveness). * Reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), including price, freight, storage, and financial/operational costs. * Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams. * Manage inventory levels (days of inventory), product-line coverage, advance purchases, and slow-moving items. **Requirements:** * 7–12 years of experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, Demand Planning, or Procurement. * Experience in B2B companies within distribution, ingredients, chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, or industrial sectors. **Technical Competencies:** Advanced Excel, Power BI, MRP/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and S&OP and forecasting tools. Solid knowledge of import processes, international lead times, foreign exchange, and receiving logistics. Ability to develop and analyze scenarios (demand, supply, cost, inventory). **Languages:** Advanced English.
