Manages the procurement cycle, from quotation to receipt of invoices The company is seeking a Purchasing Finance Analyst in Barueri. **Responsibilities:** Perform full management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring organization and control of financial obligations. Conduct daily bank reconciliations and support monthly financial closings. Calculate project-specific costs and prepare profitability reports to support strategic analysis. Manage cash flow, monitoring payments via PIX, credit card, and other payment methods. Execute the entire procurement cycle, from quotation and supplier negotiation to invoice receipt and verification. Participate in implementing and improving financial and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and control. Previous experience as a Procurement Specialist, Supply Chain Analyst, Procurement and Contracts Analyst, or Procurement Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
