Opportunity for Purchasing Assistant: Job Description: In this position, you will manage procurement activities, negotiate prices and delivery timelines, interact with suppliers, and track customer purchase orders—ensuring that materials and services are acquired with quality, on schedule, and at competitive costs. Responsibilities and Duties: * Conduct market research to identify suppliers and evaluate quotations; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers; * Issue purchase orders and monitor the process until product delivery; * Inspect and receive goods, verifying compliance with purchase orders; * Maintain inventory control and update purchase records. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Preferably currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; * Prior experience as a Purchasing Assistant or in related areas; * Basic knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control; * Proficiency in procurement management software and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication and negotiation skills. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:42 AM to 5:30 PM Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
