Administrative support with report preparation * Assist in quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Support the issuance and tracking of purchase orders; * Verify internal requisitions, invoices, and other documents related to procurement; * Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure compliance with agreements; * Maintain updated records, registrations, and departmental controls; * Prepare reports and provide administrative support, collaborating with the warehouse to align demand requirements and manage inventory. * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Administration, Logistics, Business Process Management, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Experience in procurement, inventory control, or related areas.
