




Job Summary: Responsible for issuing purchase orders, negotiating terms, developing suppliers, registering products, and conducting cost-benefit analyses. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiating prices and payment terms with suppliers. 2. Developing new supply sources and improving products. 3. Analyzing cost-benefit to optimize processes. * Issues purchase orders via the internal system or email and monitors their progress until material delivery. **Evaluates prices and negotiates payment terms and delivery deadlines.** **Receives supplier visits for new product and application presentations, various research activities, development of new material supply sources for the company, evaluating product similarity, new purchasing options, etc., aiming to reduce costs and/or improve product quality.** **Registers suppliers and products.** **Prepares management reports on ongoing activities.** **Conducts inventory.** **Updates internal databases with order information (dates, suppliers, quantities, discounts).** **Records invoices and their respective payments.** **Performs cost-benefit analysis.** Performs other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor.
