International Procurement and Import Supervisor

**Job Mission** We are seeking an International Procurement Supervisor to lead the Procurement team, ensuring efficiency in negotiations, strategic analyses, and execution of the department’s operational requirements. We seek an analytical profile with strong leadership capabilities and strategic vision, who works closely with the team—monitoring KPIs, developing talent, and ensuring the quality of import negotiations and cost simulations. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, autonomy, and a sense of priority—who wants to grow within a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and develop the International Procurement team * Conduct alignment sessions, performance monitoring, and direction of team tasks * Hold one-on-one meetings, develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and deliver internal training * Monitor KPIs, metrics, and departmental dashboards * Prepare and validate import cost simulations * Perform data analysis and manage strategic information within the CRM * Ensure efficiency in international quotation and negotiation processes * Support the team in supplier analysis and negotiations via Alibaba.com * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in departmental processes * Collaborate with internal departments for operational and strategic alignment * Participate in domestic and international business trips as required **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in people management and team leadership * Advanced Excel proficiency * Advanced or fluent English * Experience with CRM systems and data analysis * Experience in international procurement, cost simulations, and quotations via Alibaba.com * Analytical, organized profile with strong prioritization skills * Ability to make decisions and solve problems * Willingness to travel **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in overseas markets and international negotiations * Knowledge of import processes and cost composition * Valid driver’s license * Familiarity with project management and tracking tools **Employment Type**: PJ Total Benefits Package: Pass + Health Insurance (Reimbursement System) Do you identify with our culture and want to grow in an environment that transforms businesses every day? **Join the Método 12P Team**
