The professional will be responsible for conducting strategic negotiations, analyzing costs, managing contracts, and ensuring supply within established quality and delivery standards. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchase order issuance; * Evaluate and select national and international suppliers; * Analyze technical specifications and monitor product approval processes; * Manage contracts and monitor supplier performance; * Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making; * Ensure compliance with deadlines and established quality standards; * Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing needs. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Completed degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Desirable proven experience of at least 1 year as a purchasing analyst in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry (other sectors do not meet this profile); * Proficiency in negotiation techniques, total cost analysis, and contract management; * Advanced Excel skills (conditional formatting, dashboards, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.); * Experience with ERP systems (preferably Sankhya); * Ability to read technical specifications and communicate with international suppliers).
