Cost reduction initiatives **Main Responsibilities** * Request quotations and negotiate with suppliers; * Issue and track purchase orders; * Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure material supply; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships; * Pursue cost reduction without compromising quality or deadlines; * Analyze purchasing needs in coordination with requesting departments; * Control procurement area KPIs; * Update records and information in the system; * Support inventory counts and stock controls when required; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and company procedures. * **Education** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of procurement and negotiation processes; * Experience in purchase order issuance and tracking; * Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems is desirable.
